BigBeads ships via USPS for all shipments. Our software automatically calculates the approximate weight of your item, and charges accordingly. We do not try to make a profit with our shipping.

When available, you will be offered the choice of First Class Mail to reduce the overall cost to you. When we send via this method, the USPS does not offer tracking, so you will not be able to track your item(s). We also offer Priority Flat Rate Box and Envelopes for your convenience.

Once you place an order on our site, you can log into your account at anytime to see the shipping status of your orders. When applicable, you will see a direct link to the USPS to track your shipment. BigBeads can not be held liable or responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We will, at our own discretion, work with the USPS to rectify any errors or damage to the best of our ability.

All orders incur a $1.00 handling fee. This fee covers the cost of our shipping supplies, and ensures that our products are packed nice and snug. Please contact us at bigbeads@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
