BigBeads guarantees that the products we sell are of the best quality, and will be shipped in new condition, unless otherwise stated.

We offer a 30 day in store credit for all unopened or unused returned items. The buyer must pay the shipping to return the item, unless the item was defective upon delivery. If you receive a defective item, we will pay the return shipping, provided the defect is a manufacturing defect, and not a USPS mail handling issue. In this case, we will work directly with the USPS to correct the situation and provide you with a cost free return.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, simply contact us, and inform us of your return. We will then issue you a store credit for the full amount of the item(s) purchase.

Please note that we can not be responsible for third party handmade items purchased on our site. These products are unique to each artist, and we will do our best to mediate a replacement for you, should you be unhappy with the product.
