- BigBeads ships via USPS for all shipments. Our software automatically calculates the approximate weight of your item, and charges accordingly. We do not try to make a profit with our shipping.
When available, you will be offered the choice of First Class Mail to reduce the overall cost to you. When we send via this method, the USPS does not offer tracking, so you will not be able to track your item(s). We also offer Priority Flat Rate Box and Envelopes for your convenience.
Once you place an order on our site, you can log into your account at anytime to see the shipping status of your orders. When applicable, you will see a direct link to the USPS to track your shipment. BigBeads can not be held liable or responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We will, at our own discretion, work with the USPS to rectify any errors or damage to the best of our ability.
All orders incur a $1.00 handling fee. This fee covers the cost of our shipping supplies, and ensures that our products are packed nice and snug. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
- BigBeads guarantees that the products we sell are of the best quality, and will be shipped in new condition, unless otherwise stated.
We offer a 30 day in store credit for all unopened or unused returned items. The buyer must pay the shipping to return the item, unless the item was defective upon delivery. If you receive a defective item, we will pay the return shipping, provided the defect is a manufacturing defect, and not a USPS mail handling issue. In this case, we will work directly with the USPS to correct the situation and provide you with a cost free return.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, simply contact us, and inform us of your return. We will then issue you a store credit for the full amount of the item(s) purchase.
Please note that we can not be responsible for third party handmade items purchased on our site. These products are unique to each artist, and we will do our best to mediate a replacement for you, should you be unhappy with the product. - We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of placement. To place an order you simply add products to your cart and click on the checkout button. During this process you will be asked for your credit card (or Paypal) information. You can also add your zip code before ordering to get an estimate of how much your shipping will be.
- We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. From time to time we may put forth special pricing and promotions. In order to use coupons or special pricing, a customer may be required to enter a coupon code or a promotional code during the checkout process. Promotional items can not be returned.
- From within your account you can view your current and past orders. You can log into your account and view this information at any time.
- To update your account information with us, log into your account. Once you are logged in you will see a few different links to update your passwords, mailing information, and billing information. We do not store credit card data in your account.
